BSG Uniform Patch Question

Re watching BSG Season 2 and noticed that in the 2nd season show "Pegasus" Apollo has a patch on the inside of his flight suit under the vest. Never noticed it before or on any of the others. Does anyone have a clear shot of it or know what it is. No one else seems to have one.

Vigilantes patch probably.
