Fallout TV series Radaway viles tin box reference question

Trying to see if the tin box that the Ghoul used to store his 3 viles of Radaway actually come out of the game so I can find a detailed reference image to duplicate or they just made it up from the TV show? Sorry for the not-so-great image but I'm limited to taking a cell phone pic of the pause video on my iPad since Prime Video encrypts the show and you just get a black screen if you try to take a screen shot ...
It's in episode #3 at the 6:10 mark in the show if anyone would like to see if they can get a better image in case it doesn't come from the game and I need to recreate it from scratch, thx!

We'll never mind as I just found this exact tin and purchased it ... I'll still need to make a screen accurate liner but that should not be too difficult
