The ribbon is 22.5" x 2" and that's as far as I have gotten...

To me, the row of squares looks like florescent light diffusion.
I was going to scale it off that.
But first, I was going to go thru DVDs looking for a photo of what shape it is;
we only have one angle, but if it's supposed to fit into a barrel of a Viper cannon,
it may be round.

This piece is not the barrel atop for the viper guns but the wheel stop that goes in front of the wheel while the viper or raptor is not in use

Each of the auction props have been different.
It looks like they just stuck the flags on random tech looking pieces.

If your'e duin JUST the streamer just get some 3 inch? webbing make a stencil and fabric pen it on there. We used to do that to spiffy ours up when we still used fabric ones. Throw them in the laundry and if the paint came off just touch them up. The VIP's would love to see brand new looking ones on the aircraft.
Yea, it is a chock, the pieces for the gun cannons are round red caps, they go over the barrel, not inside em'
