Breaking in a wwe replica belt advice?

I finally pulled the trigger on grabbing one of JAKKS PACIFIC's $100 World Heavyweight Championship belts. For those not familiar, they're a TRU exclusive, 1:1 scale replica belt, that's made of plated plastic & some form of pleather. For the money, it's a great replica, but the strap is incredibly stiff. It's really only an issue when slinging it over your shoulder like most champs do.

Anyways, anyone have any advice on how to 'break in' a fake leather? To be clear, it IS a fake leather, instead of being just an embossed plastic. Thanks.

Strip down to your underwear, oil yourself up, put on the belt and wear it around town wherever you go... even if it takes weeks. It will soften up as you wear it over time. :lol

No, in all seriousness, I'd just play with it while watching tv every night. The more you keep manipulating the plastic and bending it, the more it will soften up. Just keep working it when you have the time.

Put your neighbor in a figure four leg lock and after they tap out, parade around the yard claiming your title overhead...or I guess you could do what Moviefreak said...
