Thanks to Great1 for the labels. The bottle I used was a Brooklyn Lager bottle, but many other beer brands use this exact bottle.

This particular second cell phone is the one he used to order the death of Gale and the prison murders:

Walt's second cell phone is different in seasons other than 3-5A. If anyone is interested in finding the second cell phone Walt uses in Season 2 (the one he receives the first "POLLOS" text on), it is a blue Samsung SCH-U340. The second cell phone that Walt uses in Season 5B (the one on which he gets Hank's faked photo of an open money barrel) is a blue AT&T ZTE Z221.
