Definitely looks like one of Wolf's castings. I had two of them back in the day, and that looks very very close to what I remember.

I wouldn't count on it. Those striations would make it really difficult to pep. So I doubt you "seen harder things." But since your name has the word "pep" in it, you might just have to get on that and prove me wrong.
