Second, YOU BRAINIAC! Damn that is a fine suit... Really love it...

My brother draws every now and then and he once made a custom brainiac design and I told him I would make a cosplay out of it... but its really simple. Its nothing compared to yours which again IS AWESOME.

Thanks Prostheticsoul! You should do the cosplay! Can't have to many Brainiacs running around.

I've spent most of this weekend on wiring and assembling connectors and whatnot. I decided to run my DC power through M/F RCA connectors for ease of use and price. Had to make a ton of these.

After adding a secondary power pack for the legs and arms (I'm going to have those be on constantly instead of pulsing) and putting in the transformer for the elwire for the head ports the inside of my chest piece is starting to look like the guts of a 80's PC case.

Put a few accents on the shoulders and finished up wiring them as well.

Ok. I've got both arms and a leg wired up. Here is a quick video of one of the legs plugged in. Note that the yellow covering isnt on the LEDs yet as I cant put that in till I paint.

Test fitting of all the power connections for the arms and legs, Everything is fitting fine and all was working. Guess its time for clean up and sealing today!

Little more progress today. Got both arms done and the shoulder/chest. Ran out of plasti-dip so I get to take a break till tomorrow.

Just need to put in the yellow circuit trim and clear coat tomorrow. Then I get to spend a month second guessing myself and tinkering with it.

Well, she's all done with the exception of making some gloves and some detail airbrush work. I'll do a full light test fitting later this afternoon and I'll have some pics for ya.
