Bossk's blaster isn't that hard to make. I made a 1:1 scale xerox of the original prop, and then found a cheap, broken paintball gun that matched for the core. Then is was just a matter of finding the right diameter tubes, and getting the cast resin periscopes, of the type used on many Star Wars weapons. The stock is from an Iraqi AK, as is the forward grip (couldn't bring back the whole gun, so at least put these bits to good use). The big metal wrist guard is made from 1/2 inch steel banding material beefed up into a u section with epoxy putty.

Other than the masks, hands and feet, the only other bits that I know are commericially available are the white anti-G vests and belt buckles - both because they are part of the X Wig costume too.
My flight suit is a converted USAF one.
