Hey fellas
Been inactive for a while due to work and projects, but here is my completed wearable Claptrap.
He is a Foam board cutout, assembled with aluminum L brackets, reinforced cardboard (to keep down the weight) and some timber. Rolling around on a wheelbarrow wheel held on with bent 20mm conduit with saddles onto his timber frame.
I have a sound system placed on his back, with a dissected personal soundtrack t-shirt controller and speaker allowing me to add whatever 20 sound bites for him to say. An LED light for his eye which will soon be upgraded to a color changing light to simulate his mood.
I move him around by having 2 20mm x 3mm steel strips screwed onto his side and fitting into my belt slots to help allow me to balance him while moving. I also entered in a cosplay competition with a recorded backing track and movie which managed to win

The steve the bandit cosplay was thrown at the last minute and could of been alot better
