Borderlands 2: Zer0 WIP

I am going to be cosplaying Zer0 from Borderlands this Halloween, the helmet is going nicely so far. Does anybody know anything about PETG vacuum forming and visor dyeing?

Also, this is going to be my first time making a jacket and pants from scratch, do any other Vault Hunters have sewing patterns for his stealth suit to help me get started?

Looking good! Zer0 is my favorite, kinda a dream cosplay of mine if I wasn't so short haha. Punished Props has a couple of good videos about both those things re: the visor. Good luck, looking forward to seeing some more updates.
