Its EVA foam coated with 65D. I'm priming and sanding currently.

SWEET!!! I thinking of doing a badass marauder, but I want to finish my Crimson Raider costume.
Looks cool, any particular reason you went with a full helmet design instead of the mask?

In all honesty, I didn't know it was just a mask
I just took photos of my TV screen and found a few pics online and just sort of gave it my best shot.
