Hi there!
Building a Fett EE3 Empire blaster..bought a 3d printed Webley flare gun kit from Traywick Designs on Etsy beautiful print! trigger moves hammer locks back and the breech opens and closes.
I purchased the molex connectors from Mauser electronics. The connecting rods and switch peices came from Etsy. I have the am plugs coming from a fellow RPF member.
Im debating wether or not to order the maclow clamps from Shapeways....I have some coming from eBay not the correct ones though a low cost option. I do have a scope that will work as well as mounts...

Hi how's your build going,?
I ordered prolly similar clamps off FleaBay and noticed they are more of a square construction so my idea is to cut a section out and heat gun them and clamp whilst warm giving that more angled look to my molex and less like a Lego set..
I was getting there with mine but my middle section broke where the gun meets the wood stock as it was made from wood so want to look into a metal section instead.

Spent a little time yesterday and got a little more done on the blaster. I began assembly of the scope mounts and the molex connectors. the scope is a combo of aluminum tubing and real scope parts. the mounts on the scope have the short feet and not the tall feet so I had to use some styrene to build a small area for the scope feet to mount to.

Ive got the same 3d printed gun kit sitting in my garage. Are you planning on resin coating it to get rid of print lines, or fill and sand?
