So turns out the security at eSports events don't like plastic knives, as they're still rigid, and they get confiscated, so here are some gunfoam ones! One has been primed, one hasn't. The handles are already wrapped because I've actually had to insert a carefully trimmed tongue depressor/mixing stick down the handle to add some support.

I probably couldn't cast the mixing stick into the foam very easily as the part that needs the most support is quite narrow.

If anyone has any tips for suspending a support structure inside a mould without blocking the flow or touching the sides I'm all ears
