Blender / Pepakura import issue - flipped normals in one object

I've been trying my hand at creating a 3d model of a Stargate Serpent Guard in Blender - the existing files that I could find didn't appear to be particularly screen accurate. When I finally got to grips with a 3d modelling package again (it's a lot different from Max, and I last used that about 10 years ago!), completed the model and tried importing to Pepakura I seem to be getting a very strange issue - one of the imported objects seems to have the normals flipped compared to the others. Probably better shown with an image:

On the left is the Blender file, on the right is the Pepakura import (from a .obj) - note that the "face" is in dark gray, meaning it's inside out.

I only started learning Blender last week, so no doubt I'm missing something simple, or more likely I've accidentally hit a hotkey and didn't notice, but would anyone have any clues as to why this object would be different than the others? If I flip the normals in blender, then import to pepakura it does import correctly, but that's not particularly useful...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks, that's what I've ended up doing, just for exporting to Pepakura. However that most definitely makes it incorrect in Blender, so I'll just have to live with inverting prior to exporting, then reverting. :/
