I think we've run out of people for it to count as a "it happens in threes". This is a shame. As a tribute to him maybe they'll stop making the steve martin imitation Pink panther films. I'll be watching TCM because you know they'll have a great tribute to him. Is it me or is the tribute part of the oscars going to be depressingly long this year?

i grew up looking forward to seeing Kato go nuts and Peter Sellers being himself in each pink panther release, and having the name 'Blake Edwards' being one of the first 'movie' names i ever noticed as a child as being associated with a good time at the movies.
