I was lucky enough to purchase a British birds chess set from a UK seller last week.
Looks accurate except for the kingfisher pawns.

if you are not worried about the pawns being kingfishers instead of wrens they are available elsewhere.

nice find jintosh,little rich if you are not in the states.i found a set on etsy that was cheaper but had kingfishers instead of wrens for pawns but the colours are your choice.

I never asked for payment. I just wanted the community to have an opportunity to get these. I was offered two sets, as a nod for the work I put in, but I never received those. I did get three BR badges out of the blue one day in the middle of the process, but I'm not sure what that was for/related to. lol
