Blade Runner : extra features screen cap thread

I was watching the Blade Runner extra discs on my pc and started taking caps of all the great pics and some of the video. Although I'm not an uberfan of this film, it's one of my all time favorites and after all this time it has held up in all aspects. This cannot be said of similar films of it's era which begin to look even a little bit dated. Blade Runner looks as if it was filmed for current release. It is ahead of it's time.

As pointed out I'm not a die-hard fan and some of the caps I've taken may have been seen before by many of you as I know there was extensive coverage of BR in Cinefex, Starlog and many other magazines of the time. Still, I enjoy seeing all of this together. So, I will be posting more images each day from character, set and prop design to on the set production photos and stills, to used and preliminary poster art to deleted scenes all the way down to the extras who make up the seedy underbelly of Blade Runner. I hope this will create some discussion and perhaps get some of you inspired to get new props or maybe some t-shirts started.

Production design/art.
Regardless of what you personally think of the film, I doubt anyone can deny that Blade Runner is a visual feast. The team of designers/artists who helped breath life into this bleak and unforgiving world have much to do with it's endurance of time. The work created for this film is both beautiful and inspiring. Here are the dvd caps for the production art.

LOL you guys are making it EXTREMELY difficult to not rip open my 5-disk collectors case!! I'm trying to be good and save it for Christmas!!! :angry :lol:lol

Ditto that. Plus, my wife bought it for me, so she'd rip ME open if I dug into it now. Maybe I can just sneak the discs out throught a little slit in the side.....

I got my 5 disc version on HD from Amazon. The extras are deep and long. I haven't yet watched any of the 4 versions of the film. I am glad I didn't get soaked for the suitcase collect. ed. I bought the standard HD dvd case offering of all the versions...for under 30.00. There is plenty of footage to keep you busy for days. "SEVERAL "Featurettes(w/ outtakes, deleted scenes). Audio commentaries, 4 film versions, bonus, extra, rare vintage and new material! So over 9hrs! 80 new interviews w/ cast/crew/collaeagues, on set footage, Philip K. Dick, screen tests, Jordan Cronenweth.
Trailers, 82' Promo featuettes, poster art, more, and still more stuff..etc.
I'm most looking foward to the workprint and the final cut.

I'm supposed to go see this in the theater today! Can't friggin wait!!

Having spent some serious time with the DVD boxed set (and still feeling lke I haven't really made a dent in it yet) It's all very exciting to see this stuff come to light finally!!

The red and yellow cards seemed to be for Sebastian, and it looked like Batty was using them in the elevator after he killed Tyrell and JF. This was a cut scene from the bonus features.
