Unlimited Run Blade Runner - Deckard's Blaster (Version 3)

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit - New Lower Pricing

I will tell you what a deal this is, it took me a week or so to print out all the parts and still might have to buy a set of resin grips to finish mine and I am not sure how accurate mine is , but it's a lot of work to print one of theese. My print below from probably different files. The stand was also 3d printed

Yes, more than 30 hours of print time. Yours is definitely different files as I don't distribute my files, they took us over 100 hours to perfect.

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit - New Lower Pricing

Hey all, just received my Blade Runner blaster kit from rgriesbeck. It looks awesome, even in pieces!

I wanted to ask the people who have already assembled their kits - does anyone have any pics of the trigger and/or cylinder assembly? I've hit a wall, there.

For the triggers, I'm looking for where to put them in between the two main body pieces. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks again to rgriesbeck for an awesome kit!

Sorry, been swamped. You have to carve out the supports in that area. Then assemble the 2 parts, insert triggers and put filament through. Just gluing the outside with just a drop.

There is a build post in here somewhere too, that should help...

If not, lemme know

Thanks for the reply! I went ahead and hollowed out the trigger section!

its coming along, little by little (lots of sanding/filling/sanding, etc.)!

by the way, what holster do you recommend?

thanks again for a great kit!

Thanks! I don't know of anyone doing a holster... Anyone else?

Well, after a long year of putting this off, I've finally got the gun sanded to a smooth finish and primed with automotive filler/primer to cover up some hard to reach spots. I probably went through a few packages of Zirconium X-Acto blades just carving out the 'Steyr-Daimler Mannlicher Puch AG MOD SL' on the receiver, but I'm excited seeing this kit to conclusion. The World-Con grips I had prior to ordering the kit really don't fit as well as I had hoped, and rather than try and modify the handle to fit them and potentially ruin it, I think I'll just order a pair of grips that fit here. So I'll take a pair of Amber Grips if you can spare them.

Sounds like you've got a great looking blaster. I'll check with my mold guy, shouldn't be a problem, will just take a bit of time...

PM me

My kit is coming along really well! I'm hoping someone has pictures of how to do the soldering for the lights on the battery....?

I'll post pics once she's painted and glued together!

I don't have a pic per se, but the short ends on the LEDs are negative, wire them together, the long are positive, do the same. Then you can kinda follow this:
