Sorry, that came across the wrong way. I was asking if it can be cleaned up in a way that it looks alright.

Anybody got a picture of how well the trigger guard cleans up? That's one major point against this gun at the moment...

Here you go. This was mine this afternoon, after a light sanding, then filling with Perfect Plastic putty, another light sanding, then two coats of Technik 2in1 filler primer with more sanding with fine grade sandpaper after each coat had dried. Smooth as a baby's proverbial...

Same technique used on all the other parts too. You can see the difference it makes on the top part of the trigger, which will be hidden and which I haven't spent as much effort on!



There's a wee bit more sanding to do just to remove a few last remaining rough spots (mostly from my bad painting rather than the underlying model!) and then I'm ready to start the final assembling, priming and painting.

I’m planning to strategically place weights around the inside of the gun to get as close to the weight of actual pistol.

I don't know the weight, it's made of plastic...

I do not do finished versions, I simply do not have any free time.
