Black Widow Avengers Belts and Holster

Hi there,
I would like to know if you know any place or how can I get Black Widow's Belt, not the Buckle one but the one which holds the holsters... This one:

I've searching everywhere, google, ebay, etsy,... even here which were that I found this one above... And I can't find anything similiar to this...:confused Only found some great holster which were cheap, though they're not exactly like hers But I think that doesn't matter that much... I'm just worried about the belt, here in my country I can't get anything like this, there are no shops which sells something like this... It's a pity...

So please if you where can I get this I would really appreciate if you tell me

Any idea what this fabric is? Also any idea where one could source the cat suit? (that *is* a cat suit, right?)

I have designed and am selling the buckle through Shapeways. Slight work required but it is a functioning buckle. Used it for my girlfriends cosplay and it rocked.
