just saw this thread 20mins ago, then GS had a Sale timer for 12am, thinking the timer was for the 20% sale
tried to order asap, but GS was having issues and my heart was pumping, but was able to my order through before 12am
Then the timer reset and 20% sale was still going. LOL

Maybe, maybe not. I hit 6 Walmarts in My area and only 2 had these out. The other stores said they didn't have anything like this when I showed pics. They also said not all stores get the same stock. I do find that to be BS through. Not sure I believe it. Also some stores may be following protocol and waiting till a date is reached.

Last night I switched my order from Hasbro Pulse to Gamestop and I just got a confirmation from Gamestop that my order has shipped!

My buddy just told me he got an update from Amazon that his has shipped. So that means Walmart, Amazon, and GameStop are all shipping this helmet before Hasbro’s own online store. I guess that means I’ll never order a pre-ordered item from them again.

I’ve never had a problem waiting, mine is from hasbro, when it ships it ships

If I already paid for it on the other hand I would feel different but in this situation

I don't exactly get the hostility towards Hasbro... they haven't promised anything they haven't delivered. Sounds more like retailers are shipping them earlier than they're supposed to.

Agree with you, although I WILL say that I was a little...very 'a little' irked that the one time I ordered through Pulse, the Luke Helmet, it shipped later than the street date and shipping cost more than if I'd ordered it from almost anyone else. Oh well. Still a great price for what they produced, and a week or so later delivery of a high-end toy is almost the very definition of '1st world problems'.

In hindsight, you’re both right. I’m sure I am still going to get my order, so I’m not going to worry. I guess i’m just a bit surprised that Hasbro is probably going to be one of the last to ship them out.

Hasbro holds the license, they must abide by the rules the mouse laid down or they could get in whatever kind of trouble that gets one in. I know that back in the day if your store broke street date on a Disney video release, the store mat not get the next release.....
