First time posting a build, also first prop build. So I am a total scrub.
I first started in illustrator using some references from the game and pictures of my face to scale the dimensions of the mask, then printed them out and spray adhesive them to foam core.

I then cut those out and hot glued them together to make a form.

I then filled it up with some insulation foam and started sculpting it into shape.

My next steps as far as I know so far will be to continue
sculpt
bondo it up
then add Epoxy Sculpt to add detail
Silicon mold and master mold it,
Then slush cast it...

But as I am not feel super confident on what i have so far I might abandon it and start over with pepakura.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

It would be easier and probably cheaper to sculpt it in clay then vacform over it.
After the first pull fill it with ultracal 30, do your cleanup and use that to pull copies.

If you still are intent on slosh casting then it would still be easier to do the master in clay.

Would you use something like a Monster Makers Clay(oil based) or something that hardens more than that?
