Biker scout trooper armor for my husband.

I heard my husband say this evening "I want scout trooper armor so bad" or something along those lines. I'm assuming so he can display it like Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother. How ever I thought it would be epically cooler if he could actually wear it. Having some issues though. Apparently "normal" people are between 5'6" and 6'3". My hubby is 6'6". My question is can anybody point me in the direction of someone who can make this for me, preferably by March for his 30th birthday? I hugely appreciate the help all!

Mon Cal. I have his TB armor and it is phenomenal.

At 6 foot 6", moncal might be a bit small if he intends to wear it. The moncal is closer to screen size. Although slightly less accurate, Studio creations makes scout armor and it's scaled slightly larger than Moncal.

The good thing is the undersuit is cloth so tailoring to fit should be easy.
