Hey guys, I've made a few of these hats mostly referred to as ronin gasas (Lightning and Raiden). I was thinking about making a very limited run of these as they are stupidly labor intensive to make. Specifically Lightnings hat from Big Trouble in Little China. The main frame would be made out of thin steel rods and hand woven over with raffia. They measure approximately 30 inches in diameter. price for these would be around $800 shipped in the U.S.. They are very large and have to be shipped as freight. So shipping plays a large factor in the cost at around $150 to ship with insurance etc. this is probably the only time i will offer these as basket weaving is a tedious process.
