Best hot melt gun?

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade our shop's off-the-shelf hot melt guns and pick up something a little nicer.

Has anyone got a recommendation for hot melt guns that don't fall over, don't drip, and are generally more Cadillac for professional use?

Thanks!
