Best Arc Reactor tutorial?

My friend is a big fan of Iron Man thanks to the new stuff and her dad's comic collection and I want to make her an arc creator. After looking at the toy ones i'm not sure i could mod one to look right so I'd see if you guys had a tutorial that you could suggest that would have good results. Any help is appreciated as i've seen a few tutorial links on here but wasn't sure which would be the more accurate or easiest to do.
