That is not a statue, it is the Disney Talking Stormtrooper. Pretty cool for its price and size. I think I own most licensed Stormie statues and figures out there (higher end versions).
Sideshow's 1:4 Premium Format is impressive due to big size, but that is it. It is a sharp statue made with shiny polystone, but it lacks accuracy on quite many points, the helmet being the main issue. It also comes with a weird short back leg pose.
The Attakus 1:5 is nice and impressive, cool standing pose, but is a combo of ROTJ and ANH, not too accurate. Helmet and armor has its issues.
The Gentle Giant 1:6 statue is very nice, but instead of using the more accurate helmet sculpt from the Stormie mini-bust, GG used a new sad face sculpt.
Kotobukiya made a 1:6 Stormtrooper/Luke in Stormie disguise, not bad regarding accuracy, but it has one of weirdest and stupidest poses ever, looks like a damsel in distress...
As for figures, the Marmit 1:6 one is the best regarding accuracy. It looks like a miniature guy dressed up in armor. It comes as a kit you need to assemble. There are fans who upgraded it with HT bodies and they are stunning.
Sideshow's 1:6 Stormtrooper asks huge prices recently but its helmet has some accuracy issues easily seen even by a less trained eye. The body is also quite floppy. Though in the end a nice figure.
Medicom also made a Stormie, it is closer to 1:7, but quite ok. Better stance than Sideshow version, but looks a bit tiny compared to other figures/statues.
