I just saw "The Plan" on Sunday. It was okay. Nothing like the series. Added a little insight but that was all. Not too many props from it.

I've been following Sean's excellent work on the National Geographic magazine, and decided to have some fun myself.

I didn't have access to scans of the prop so I decided, why not make another issue for the existing magazine prop?

Here are the test results, printed with laser printer and wrapped around an old magazine, just to check if the resolution is high enough. When it's completed I'll take it to professional printer and make real magazine covers.




I'm thinking putting together custom advertisement as back cover (and even inside cover pages). Maybe some "personal log" journal or Triad cards since I have easy access to high rez photos of them. :lol

Here's a jpg for anyone who want to print their own copy (I don't know if jpg is good enough?)



I've also made a cover for Scorpia Paragliding, but I'm still trying to find the font for the smaller titles. (Follow the wind bits) And a few other tweaks to be made so I haven't print it out yet, but here it is.





Any ideas for the back cover ads?

Er, I hate to point out slight errors in such a fine work, but "BEST EDUCATION FOR CAPRICAN'S BRIGHTEST" should probably say "CAPRICA'S".
