Not likely. It would seem that the porn industry has found a loophole in labeling things as "Parody" and have done a slew of direct rip offs using the real title including Star Trek, Twilight, Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch, Friends and Seinfeld.

I thought the costumes looked pretty darn good. If this blurb I found is correct, then I can see why.

First, it's a trailer for a porno, and one with no nudity or even adult language for that matter. Second, Batman costumes don't "get a rise" out of me.
Truth be told, I didn't notice the Phaser until I did the screengrab for the comparison photos; I had to crop it to make the sizes match, and that's when I saw it. I'd guess it's the Art Asylum/Diamond Select replica.
