I am no better at this potential casting game cause I still can't wrap my head around as to who should be cast as Batman. But certainly not a famous A-list actor like Affleck IMO. I wanted it to be someone out of the left field that took us by surprise.
Being a huge comic fan, Affleck himself regrets the outcome of Daredevil and how everyone were disappointed with it. So this is definitely a more risky move for him and for his career. Bold choice on his part to accept the role, whether he can pull it off needs to be seen. I hope he comes through.

I find it humorous that people act like this has ruined their life already. You've already decided this is going to be rubbish without giving it a chance or second thought.
So move on and don't watch it. I disliked MOS. But still looking forward to this. Just to give it a chance if nothing else. Movie with superman and batman? Yes please! If its crap then so be it. People who prejudge aren't going to like it no matter what. They've already decided. Its already been mentioned the other names that people were outraged by and ended up being some of the best characters. I mean I can see why people may be cautious or not happy. But wanting to smack someone in the face is a little childish IMO. And id recommend Anger Management. Lol

Still waiting for Keaton to come back lol. I don't like Bale as Batman as I am old school and grew up with Keaton. But the movies are good. I did not like Bale's voice though it was stupid and overdone.They can't win anyway, as Bale said he would not do anymore after 3 and if he did he would be called a sell out, and all the critics would would be all over him. But it must be nice to be so rich that $50 million means nothing. "Who are you?? I'm Dare...err Batman."

I think it's an interesting choice… let's see what he can make out of it, if the script is poo, he can't turn it into gold or do I have to remind you of Superman IV?

It's from Hollywoodland, Affleck gave a great performance there, right down to some of the body movements and mannerisms of George Reeves.

This is not what I was hoping for. Not the way I expected to start my day. What's done is done. Let's just hope they see something that we all wouldn't expect to see out of him. Nolan has surprised us before, but this.....I just don't know.
