Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

the best way to show he means well to the people of the Earth... is to cause more destruction!

Well, he is for all intents and purposes American... so he deals with things the good old fashion 'merican way: break stuff and then shake hands and expect everything to be forgotten. He learned from the best.

Recast Lex Luthor Now - Fill the Part

Billy Zane tweeted this last night in reponse to the above list.

Halfway through the last season of Breaking Bad and OMG!!!! How was Cranston NOT cast a Luthor. He's like the Lex of Meth in Breaking Bad... lying, subversive, coersive, evil to the core, greedy... the list goes on and it's every trait that IS Luthor.

I'd rather have Billy Zane or Joaquin Phoenix than Eisenberg. Still think Clancy Brown would be awesome though. Yeah, he's old, but you don't become a busines tycoon at 20-something... unless it's a .com company, but that's not even in the same league.

Eisenberg is 30; Cavill 30; Gal Gadot 28; Affleck 40; HOW will this be a Young Justice League?

Fixed that for you. These characters are never given specific ages for a reason, but most adult superheros run in the 30s range as drawn. The only odd one out would be Eisenberg as Lex since he is usually drawn to be more in the 40-50 range (to my eyes anyway).

This might be my most recurring comic recommendations here but read Superman: Red Son. its a what if kal el's pod landed in the ukraine instead of kansas. I've never been a huge superman fan but that story really hits it home. Superman isnt an american hero. He's a hero for the people of Earth. He does not see out imaginary country lines as we do

Well, he sure does a lot of saving in the U.S.
While other countires are committing mass genocide he's stopping bank robberies and other nonsense.

Just sayin is all.

Superman is an illegal alien.

Right. Was he ever naturalized? Does he have a Green Card? I just think it's important to note that every superhero we get from another planet means one less job for our homegrown superheros. Aliens... always taking jobs from 'mericans.

Better the burton mobile than the Schumacher mobile. As long as it doesn't look like a toy. I think they should bring the original series batmobile back.

If by looking like the burton one they mean the general shape, OK, why not, I kinda like the somewhat similar arkham batmobile :

Just don't make it so long it needs a grappling hook to turn...

The Burton version has been the best one on screen since the Adam West verion which is hands down the best.

I prefer the practical approach versus the gothic, unrealistic approach of an absurdly long vehicle that couldn't possibly make a turn unless it has an accordian center like a city bus.

I think what was cool (and realistic) about the Nolan mobile is that Bruce Wayne doesn't make this stuff himself. So at some point, someone is going to figure out where his wonderful toys come from. The accountant in Dark Knight figured it out. Just neat that they actually addressed that. Curious what contractors are keeping quiet about the Batcave though... ;)

Did a quick search for Batmobile concepts...

Don't know if this is so much a concept as just a Lamborghini someone thought would make a good Bat car... but I like it.

This one is neat... looks like a hybrid of the one from the animated series and the Tumbler.

I do like this one (based off the animated series if I'm not mistaken)... but have no interest in seeing it in a movie.
