Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Gotta love the hack journalism of Latino Review. Take a water event from the first movie, add Aquaman to it, and voila they got themselves a "scoop". Forget that most every fan has already made that speculation. Jeez, I can't believe anybody can possibly believe anything that LR puts out.

It wasn't necessarily LR just making up the scoop. The Wrap's Jeff Sneider appeared on the Meet The Movie Press podcast and talked about it. Granted, it was about overhearing a conversation at Toronto Film Festival of someone who worked with Zack Snyder. 30 mins into the linked video, they talk about how it might get addressed in the movie. LR just shared what was already talked by others. Despite some duds, LR has put out plenty of genuine scoops through the years but I guess that's not worthy enough.

That would be kind of odd. At the very end of the scene Kal opens his eyes then they cut to another scene. I know they want to include as much as they can as easter eggs or hints at something more, but you can't go back and undo what a movie has been. The only way to turn something such as that into an easter egg for during the previous film would be to show it again in the upcoming film as if it were an extended scene that wasn't there. Meaning, same scene, but rather then cutting, showing Aquaman swimming in etc at the end. Idk, there are a lot of characters to introduce, I just hope they aren't trying to create introductions where there weren't any, kind of thing. That would be like saying we already saw/meet Lex because we saw his name on the truck.

Plus HISHE joked that scene for Man of Steel anyways. Aquaman swimming in and whispering Justice League.

I think that's kind of a weak theory. Preeeeeetty sure Superman is capable of swimming to shore on his own without help from whales.

I agree. To me it just seemed that he was trying to relax and was contemplating what to do since he just revealed himself and what he could do to a bunch of people. He was thinking back to his past. I don't think he needs help swimming to shore. The guy later could fly in space. Hopefully they just show AM watching what was happening either at the oil rig or in the Indian Ocean. No need to have SM meet AM prior to BvS.

This really has no baring on DOJ or Justice League, but I have been watching MOS a lot since it is on HBO like every other day and noticed something.peculiar. When Superman is about to destroy the world engine, he is fighting the gravitational pulses in to fly up and destroy it. While fighting the gravity, his face starts distorting. At one point just before he takes off, I swear I see his face morph onto Christopher Reeve. Here is the YouTube of the segment.

Others see it too. Very cool if it was done intentionally.

Old news, and I believe it was very much intentional.

I totally thought that too. Didn't realize it was old news.

Verrry interesting...

Did anyone catch Affleck on Real Time With Bill Maher last night? He was, at one point, talking about the beheadings. He made a flub and said "Those idiots getting beheaded over there!" It wasn't until a few minutes later when Bill pointed out his mistake that he quickly corrected himself (meaning the beheaders were the idiots). His last words being (hands up in the air) "I DON'T WANT THE INTERNET GOING ****ING CRAZY!!"

I thought that was kinda funny.
