Hi^^
after my Skeletor costume, I´ha worked on a Batman suit in TDK Style. The budget was very, VERY low, and so I had to improve a lot.
Special thanks to Batnemo for his helpful advice.
I would not have finished it without his help.
Because of the low budget, I made the Armor Parts of foam, rubber foam and latex.
The undersuit is a two layer suit. First, I made a lycra catsuit and a netsuit for the second layer. The netsuit was a problem, because it wasn´t as flexible as the lycra suit. So I had to cut of the gloves, feets and cowl from the netsuit. :cry
That was a first look:
Afer that, I started to create the Armor parts. I had not enough money to sculp and make casts. So I decide to use rubber foam covered with latex.

The chest plate.
The mask and the utility belt, I had bought at ebay. i cut of the neck piece from the mask and polstered the "ears" with rubber foam.

The costume had premiere summer ´09 on the "AnimagiC 2009". Unfortunately, the costume was not finished that time. The boots were improved, some armor were still absent, the other parts had no finish and the utility belt wasn´t painted.

After the AnimagiC, I had some weeks to finish the costume for the nex Convention, the "Connichi´09"
I added some armor parts and painted them new. Then I painted the utility belt new in a lighter color.
Last i created the boots. The base were leather biker boots. The Sithcamaro boot tutorial for Jack sparrow boots was very helpful for that.
