Thanks man! This one was a lot of fun. I've not done a suit with this much edge detail - pretty much every piece needed a contrast edge. I think the binding worked quite well for the effect and I'm quite pleased with how it all came together. Looking forward to seeing it on him all together.

I get a lot of cordura from Textile Specialists (shop on eBay) and Rockywoods. Here's the fabric that made up most of this one.

This was a commission - I only did the suit and cape, the cowl and all accessories are being done by the client.

We've done it as removable (velcro backed). Our client will be getting a cowl and chest piece from Evil Genius Productions, but ours allows him the options.
