I used gauze bandage glued to a foam eye mask that I wore underneath the cowl. I liked the bandage because it wasn't too bright and wasn't shiny at all. The vision isn't too great but you're not going to walk into anything lol

I would have to say it won't fit people with 24" heads say it's snug. My Batfleck cowl would fit you for sure
