Hey pepmaster I am new to this thread and to pepakura but I really want to build this batman suit but the legs are in a rat file and won't open in my pepakura viewer is there any where I can find the files in another format that will open?

Do you have the files from post 168? If so, I think the "rat" file you're referring to is a "rar" file, which is an archive format similar to zip. I suggest a program like 7-zip to extract it.
