new commission---client wanted a mix of the 89 cowl and Neal Adams style ---almost finished, just need to smooth the forms and maybe add the 89 cape texture around the neck

it's actually 40 shore...60 would be way too stiff

and the mold is a silicone glove fiberglass jacket mold...I sort of do a mix of slush and dwell casting until the rubber sets up...it's about 3-4 layers thick

it's where I let the material settle at the bottom of the mold until it starts to thicken and then slush it around until it evenly coats the mold walls
