hi my batman costume* has a fold and hole in the abb
section. does anybody know how to remove the crease, fill
a hole and harden? any help or advice would be good. thanks

Maybe you could glue in a foamie patch and blend it in with black plasti-dip...

Plasti-Dip will not stick to vinyl, don't bother with it. Really hard to work with vinyl this thin, heat should bring back the shape (or should) but fixing that hole will be a pain. I had a Returns cowl from rubies that had a rip never got anything to work proper ended up giving it away, not worth the hassle.
