Batman Beyond-based on art by Mark Vick

Sorry for the lack of updates but with Phoenix Comicon happening this weekend, I've been busy helping the GF and working on a red skull costume. In addition to that, I now have a bat-dog puppy to help in the build process. Things should resume after that... I hope.

Wow, that's a mean looking Batman. Kinda reminds me of the Green Goblin, although I don't know why.

Yes! This update rocks big time; I cannot wait to see that costume on you and the look of people's face when they'll see it

Good news! Getting a Makerbot Replicator 2 3D printer for home... So no longer needing to visit the hacker space to print!

Awesome printer! Just a pointer though. Make sure the printer is grounded ( not only with the plug ), when printing projects it builds up static and can fry the circuit board. A friend of mine has the same printer and it happened to him, luckily when he called Makerbot they were extremely helpful and sent him out another circuit board free of charge. My friend made sure not only was the 3d printer grounded but so was the table and he wears a antistatic bracelet ( same as the ones you use when working on computers internally ) that is attached to the table.
Have a great time printing, it is a blast to watch and see your project built in front of your eyes:D

Well, I've been holding off till I had some decent progress photos to share but here we go.
I was able to get in touch with the artist and creator of this original Batman Beyond design. He gave me the 3d files to make things a little easier. (No I cannot share them)

DUDE that design looks sweet

Another home-run! This is going to transcend all of the Batman costumes as far as I'm concerned:cool

Wow! I've been lurking on this thead for awhile now. That belt is amazing!!!! It's nice to see that he shared his artwork with you to do the 3D printing.
