I have a complete costume but it has dulled down from use. What do people spray on there to make look shiny and the right color.

Thanx Chris

What kind of suit is it? Urethane? Latex? Plasti-Dip is a tried and true friend depending on the material....I'd check out BOTB for some great suggestions

I know about the BOTB. I am just more familiar with you guys. I think it is Plasti-dip but how do you tell the difference

I know a number of people use Plasti-Dip on latex for a nice look. I know from experience it works well. But what is the suit itself made from? Indeed, a maker might help us identify if you are uncertain

how do I do that lol. Where do I buy the stuff. The costume is very tight so I am going to remove it from the dive suit and get one that fits me and put it on the new suit. I appreciate everyone's help.

Don't know if its a personal preference of yours but the Begins suit should be a matte finish. Spraying the plasti from a distance can accomplish this.

Plasti-Dip can be found at your local hardware store. Some people thin it down a tinge and paint it onto the wetsuit as well to give it a more solid and fluid look to the entire ensemble. It basically paints onto the armor. I'll see if I can dig up some old "how to" threads or websites but it's very easy

Spray two layers of it on the entire suit. Making sure to allow proper time to dry between each layer. If you want that gunmetal gray color the suit is suppose to be I can tell you how to achieve that as well with the black plasti dip

a quick fix for a shiny look would be armor-all. it's not going to be permanent but just re-apply until you achieve the shine you want.

Floor wax ( mop and glow ) makes a great shine without attracting dust , the way armoral can. I used to use mop and glow on the tilres of my fire truck to achieve a shiny surface without attracting dust and dirt.
