Barriss Offee Inquisitor training saber

During the Tales of the Empire show, in chapter 4 we see Barriss getting freed from prison and then trained by the grand inquisitor. Fro ma table of like 7 hilts the Inquisitor pulls this one.

Here is my rendition, I tried to keep it faithful while adding a few realistic elements, like making it less skinny and using the large knob like the shaak ti hilt ones etc.

I really like these hilt designs from that table, so I might be doing a series on these. What you guys think?

I would totally buy this. Some really cool streamlined designs on that table. I really like this design. There's quite a few of these background animated sabers I'd love to see including some from rebels

I argree. Sadly we dont get to see them all much but there is another one we do si a bit more, the one where Barriss Fights a friend of hers. Ill model that one next.

It looks good! Even though I am not personally interested in these hilts, I wanted to point out that I think the upper grip section might need more grips. To me, it appears as if they are spaced about one grip width apart. Although the first image does appear to have a wider gap than the others, I still approximate 6 grips.

yeah you are right. Thanks for the input. Does look better with 6 now. Iv'e been doing adjustments here and there but this one I hadn't done so thanks.

My my fiancé, who often states “all of your lightsabers look the same”, really enjoyed this one. I think the green grip is what did it. I’m assuming this hilt won’t be made for sometime as it seems you’ve got the rest of the year mapped out but I’ll definitely pick one up.

It's definetly on next years linup. It's grown on me and already have it worked out.
