Are the rules still in effect for large/oversized banners? I recevied a PM a few months ago from a mod about a sig that was ~8 pixels too tall. I am seeing people with banners twice this height and have had these banners for quite some time. Is this a pick and chose rule? Or are the mods just being lax about it?
