Not very smart to use his name though, he could have made up any name, I mailed a package to someone and is said santa for the name, and I've gotten a package from a friend addressed to my screen name before.

Still though, it's the first time I've been screwed over here and I got off far lighter than poor Funky (or Jedifyfe for that matter).

This guy floats around forums and takes peoples pix from flicker, photobucket etc and offers them up as his own stuff. The last time he was here under the name warlord he had no paypal so he wanted the money put into his bank acct. This time it appears the red paperclip thread gave him the perfect opportunity to trade things he never had.

Do you want me to ask him if they could sue him like the T-1000 ?

Guy's I looked into this when tait tried to rip me off. Also it happened with bentley o'toole. The best thing to do and I can look into it for you is compile a list of what is owed including all correspondence , dates etc. This can then be forwarded to the Queensland police. Basically this is Internet fraud. He is obtaining goods/ services by deception. Ie using an alias to obtain the items. It is fraud plain and simple. You could together with the guy's down here start a class action suit against him.

I won't discuss the other options here as he is probably reading this right now.

Hey guys,

just banned him, so this discussion should not be viewable for him anymore.

Due to the trade nature it now is important to compile a list of items that were SENT to him in trades, and NOT what is owed.

Please send this information to Jedimaster, so he can hand the list over to the Police or the federal attorney.

O guy's now it is safe to talk openly . I have spoken with the Queensland police . I assume the addy he gave you all is in Queensland? I have a link fir you guy's. I will post it later. You can each send an email through outlining the transaction with boomer. Ie when and what is was traded etc. This all then gets collated into one file. Then the local police will pay him a visit. If he has any of these props he will be nailed. I have confirmed that this comes under Internet fraud. So we have a good chance at getting him nailed.

If you guy's can let me know i can start the ball rolling and any addresses you have for him would be good.
