I have not seen this thread till now and this sux!
I was this close to trading with this guy. Though I would have gone looking for him if this had happend to me ,
It is a great shame that this has happend and I feel for all that have suffered from his actions,
This is not the Aussie way, so I hope (though I know in some cases it will) this does not deter members from dealing with Australians,
Unfortunantly for some reason Australia post will not give a tracking No, on box's over 2 kgs so if you are expecting a parcel from Aus and it is likely to exced this weight , make sure you ask for insurance , it only cost a few more $ and then you will get a No , that you can prove is in use, though you cant actually track it ,
It is a darn shame this has happened ,

That said, I'm up in Qld in a couple of weeks. Might have pay our boy a visit...
And Boomer, just so you know who's knocking on the door, I'm 6'3" work as a rail maintainer hammering dog spikes into rail for living and aside from props, my other hobbies include BJJ (brazilian ju jitsu) and muay thai. See no threats of violence, I'm just introducing myself.....

Hi All,
Just a quick update regarding Mitchell. Apparently his fraud has continued unabated since he was last here, mainly on various car-related forums.
It now appears as though some of the people that he ripped off on the car forums have decided to press charges.
Nevertheless, the other Command Staff members of my 501st Legion Garrison are also looking to present the local authorities with documentation/evidence of Mitchell's activities on both 501st Legion forums and also theRPF forums.
So I would ask anyone who has been ripped off by Mitchell to collate all the info they have, in particular item details, monetary amounts and all the PM/email traffic between themselves and Mitchell, and to email it to me at redbackco@hotmail.com.
Will you get your money/items back? Honestly, I simply don't know, but we'll give it a shot and see how it goes.

As long as he keeps getting slapped on the wrists and not charged, he will just move on to do it again. Earlier posts on this thread made it sound like charges were going to be brought on him, and that his mother was informed, etc, etc..... But nothing as usual happened and he laughed it off and just started robbing people again. It will continue unless he

I had new member:LOCUST contact me to trade an item. To protect myself, I made him ship to me first before I ship him the item. It just arrived today.
The name on the package: Mitchell Laine in Australia
Since he only has a post count of two, I am betting he has a couple IDs.
Be careful who you deal with as know
