Bane Mask Question

I saw this on ebay, and it looks good to me, but i have some concerns about it,
Does anyone saw this on real life?

the shape of that masks head is completely off as it will sit too high on the back of your head.

I would recommend ministry of masks version if you are looking for something around that price (It's a tad more but way better)
