Bane Mask Foam Scratch Build (complete)

Hi guys just wanted to share this with you a friend just commissioned me to build him a bane mask for the release of the new batman movie so thought i would give it a go, There's no patterns out there well none that i could fine so had to scratch build it, Only took about 8 Hour from start to finish and really like how its turned out, Let me know what you think.

Foam hair curlers from the dollar/pound store just took the wire out the middle and cut them to size

Its fitted with 2 velcro tabs one each side just where the green side joins the silver part and the 2 black pipes at the bottom fit into sockets

no thats it finished the movie one is dark green the foam was nearly the right color so just gave it a dark wash to weather it slightly look ok as is and the customer it happy no need to coat it with anything else.It was a commission so was made to order wont be making it again.
