The X-Wings had new toolings to account for the different color schemes and Kylo had his new mask. I think the D-0 figure is the only fully-new kit from Rise of Skywalker. We did get the new Star Destroyer last fall.

They released a new tooling of the X-Wing that has a different parts layout for the new color scheme plus they added new droids. They also did the small 1/144 versions. In fact, if you get Poe's Orange X-Wing, you have enough extra parts to build the basic body of second X-wing minus the nose cone, droid strip and engine inserts and guns. Might be nice to use as fodder for an explosion dio or a hangar dio of it being serviced or even as the basis for a new variant
They also did a new BB-8 kit with the little megaphone droid and a new Kylo Ren and Trooper kit I think
Beyond that, no new vehicle design added to the collection

Resin just requires a bit more patience. You need to sand it, heat it and bend it to make it work. Some resin kits can be flawless though and be as easy as a bandai kit. Not many though. Besides part of the fun of resin is making it work for you and the feeling of accomplishment.
I'm building a full size resin Terminator Endoskeleton at the moment and the parts need a lot of work. Such gratification when you get them finished though.

Oh I've jumped in, I just need a LOT more weathering practice to do them justice.
I like to use scrap around the house to practice on. I glue bits to soda bottle then prime, paint and weather...

well, there's still hope that they'll show something in the next two weeks, if they decide to show new kits prepared for (now cancelled) shizuoka hobby show...
It would be awesome if they would quit teasing us with that damn TIE Bomber pic...

It's got less content than Part I & II, but is still very much worth it. I also had it on backorder from HLJ and I think it took just over a week before they had it for me.
