Bandai release schedule

Holy smokes. I was just in the lhs and they had the new revell/ fine molds 1/72 falcon for $425 CAD. that's $100 more than they had it from fine molds like, 4 years ago

Better start them small in order to nurture interest in the hobby or at least maintain the public's awareness of our art.

In western online stores, the Master Series Falcon costs only a little below $300, still expensive. In fact, it actually cuts it close to how much you had to pay for FM kit several years ago. With the current exchange rate, the old Fine Molds Falcon should be obtainable for more or less $160. However, manufacturers often manipulate prices in order to return a profit due to the ever-changing business environment.
 
Man....I've been waiting for my r2/r4 package since mid November. Apparently it arrived at our office last week (I work at a university) but I think someone took it, thinking it was theirs

Bandai always released their kits in the last 1-3 day of the announced month; so it should be end of this week..

They plan to release it in January 28, so basically tomorrow. However, like most of the time, someone in Japan certainly has their hands on it already before the official release, keep you eyes peeled for a review.
 
I am really interested in seeing if the Special Forces TIE is the same size or an enlarged version of the standard First Order TIE.
IIRC it was mentioned somewhere that the SF version was larger for two pilots, which would make sense to me. If they are the same size I wonder how the two pilots could eject?
