I believe it's around 86.5mm x 81.5mm... But I'll get the exact measurements when I get home.

Well I spent a bunch of time experimenting with different sizes and thicknesses of the pallet model. And Shapeways' bizarre new pricing model seems to not care such much about the material thickness anymore. But the pricing varies wildly depending on the x y dimensions.

Excellent work.
I really need to pick up 3P0. This is one build I could actually fly through because I wouldn't paint it, just washes and weathering.
Anyway, very nice job.
