This is a pic of an original prop?
Yes.
The owner of this receipt also has an original Almanac AND a Blast from the Past bag.

His collection is posted in the museum section of his website, Hill Valley City.

Nice... did you ask him about the material of the bag?
I tried asking him about his original November 5, 1955 HVT newspaper back when I was working on the artwork for my replica sets. His site sent an automated "Thank You" reply, and he ignored me on Facebook when I contacted him later. He clearly isn't going to offer any assistance with a replica.
I don't have any idea who recently bought the other bag from the Profiles in History auction, but that person would probably be more likely to help, if we could identify them. I don't think PIH will pass a message to the buyer, so unless the owner of the bag is actually a member here it's unlikely we will be able to find them.
... "Please do not ... try to make replicas ..."
Or he doesn't come out much, and doens't know that almost everything in his "museum" has been replicated...This guy has a good sense of humor!lol
... and some dark transparent blue plastic sheets ...
From where you've got the blue sheets?
Here is the ebay listing. 3 sheets are $6, and Royal Blue is the correct color. (At the top left corner of the color chart in the listing.) :cool

In attachment pictures of the receipt printed on a transparant sheet. defenitely better than what I had until now. On the pictures where the receipt is in my hands, the letters also seem a bit silvery, but they're not. They are just transparant.
It's just a transparant film (used to make slides for an overhead projector). I have an extra set of receipts (blue and yellow copy) available. If you PM me your shipping address, you can have them (you made these great PDF's after all).Wow, looks better than expected. Is this a transparent or semi-transparent film?
I did some editing of your files before printing: I changed the blue color to (in RGB): R 0, G 0, B 100. I also mirrored the receipts. Because the film had a smooth side and a more "grainy" side. The grainy side is ment to print on, but I wanted the smooth side as the front. So I mirrored the receipts, printed them on the grainy side, and so when you turn the tickets, they were OK. In attachment the file I used.Thank you for your generous offer, but you don't need to do this. I have regular transparent films in my home office and I will test it at the same time, when I test my stamp. But it's good to know, that a blue print on colorless transparent sheets works so well. I think, this is the easiest solution for most people.![]()
... Any chance you will do a run of these? ...
